| Description & Commentary: | At the time of release, the VaporLock was the lightest HMS style carabiner from a reputable manufacturer. These have been part of my primary tree climbing kit for over a decade, and used for my closed hitch + minding pulleys when climbing on a moving rope system (MRS), usually DREC (Double Rope-End Climbing) on 9mm rope.
