A similar model appears to be currently (2022) offered by Singing Rock. A solid example of a modern steel screwlock carabiner. Sports a key-lock nose, somewhat rare in steel carabiners for many years, but starting to become more common. That said, steel screwlock carabiners have few dedicated applications or devoted users. Generally folks who want the strength or durability of steel, also want the added security of an auto-locking gate, probably with an ANSI compliant gate-face rating. |
