That said, it provides a full strength rating in the size & weight of an accessory carabiner - making a good argument against older accessory carabiner designs like the Kong Mini D or Modern accessory carabiner designs like the DMM XSRE still come in at 2/3rds the weight, with more features like captive pin and locking sleeve, but lack the ratings for use as PPE. |
